Generate a QR code by entering the full URL and save it as a PNG. Read it from another device or a saved image to make sure it goes to the correct page before publishing.
Prepare short and correct URLs
Copy the complete URL starting with https:// from your browser's address field. Make sure you don't share temporary URLs that can only be used after logging in or URLs that have editing permissions.
You can create a long URL, but the more information you have, the more detailed the QR pattern will be. If possible, use the official short URL of the page, and choose a custom shortened URL that directs you to the destination.
Check generation and save separately
Enter the URL, generate the QR code, then save the PNG. Even if a preview is displayed, open the saved file to confirm that it has the same content.
Pixel Toolbox processes URLs, characters, and logos within the device. Unless you use the image URL conversion function, the URL you enter will not be saved on this site.
Reading test is required
Read the created QR with another smartphone or insert the saved image into the QR image reader. Check the domain and page content of the displayed URL.
If you want to put it on a flyer or business card, try it on the final image after placing it in the design and on the actual printed material. Even if the file can be read immediately after creation, reduction or compression may fail.
Do not change link destination after publishing
Since the QR code retains the entered character string, if you change the link destination URL later, you will not be able to navigate with the same QR. For printed matter that will be used for a long time, it is safe to use the URL of your own domain, which you can manage.
Also check the form's visibility settings and page viewing permissions. Even if the QR is normal, users will not be able to open the link if it is private.
Configure Current QR Generation
In order to maintain readability even with a logo, error correction and logo ratio are fixed.
