First, organize the file names like 01 and 02, and select them in the order in which they will be combined. Open the completed PDF from start to finish and check the number of pages, orientation, and duplicates.
Decide on completion order before merging
Write down on paper the order in which the recipient will read the cover page, application form, certificate, reference materials, etc. You can avoid omissions by deciding the order first rather than starting to think about it on the join screen.
Adding numbers 01, 02, and 03 to the beginning of the file name will make it easier to judge the order on the selection screen. The original will be left in a separate folder.
Check encrypted/corrupted files first
Password-protected or corrupted PDFs may not be readable. Open each file individually and verify that you can view the page.
You can combine even if the sizes and orientations are mixed, but the magnification may change each time you read it. If necessary, you can adjust the page orientation and margins first.
Selection order becomes completed order
The current tool reads the selected PDFs in sequence and copies all pages of each to a new PDF. Page order within the file is maintained.
Check that the selection screen is arranged as intended, and if in doubt, try again with fewer files. A large number of PDFs may use a lot of memory on your device.
Read the completed PDF from start to finish
Check the total number of pages, first and last pages, and boundaries between materials. Check for duplicates, omissions, upside down, blank pages, and garbled text.
If there is a capacity limit at the destination, also check the file size after completion. Important documents can also be opened in another PDF viewing app before being sent.

The current implementation does not change the original PDF, but copies pages to a new PDF.
